3. Products & Information
- All products are sold online via our webshop.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes; colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and production methods.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
4. Print-on-Demand Production
Our products are produced on demand, meaning items are created specifically after an order is placed.
Because of this:
- Production begins shortly after order confirmation
- Minor variations in print placement or color may occur
- Products are not mass-produced or pre-stocked
5. Prices & Payments
- All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Klarna, and PayPal.
- We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
6. Order Confirmation
An order is considered final once payment has been successfully completed and you have received an order confirmation email.
7. Cancellations & Changes
Because products are made on demand, we cannot guarantee changes to your order (such as size, design, or address) once production has begun.
This does not affect your legal right to cancel your order under the 14-day right of withdrawal (see our Return & Refund Policy): for products that are not personalized by the customer, you may still return the delivered item for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, regardless of when production started. Only genuinely personalized products (customized by the customer at their request) are excluded from this right.
8. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production, shipping carriers, or external factors.
- We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
- Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been shipped.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website.
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, returns may be limited unless the item is defective or incorrect.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question

All content on this website — including designs, logos, text, and images — is the property of Véorky and may not be used without permission.
