Right of Withdrawal
Under Dutch and EU consumer law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For standard (non-personalized) products, this right applies in full, you may return an item for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect size, within 14 days of receiving it. For products personalized by the customer at their own request, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. A product carrying only VÉORKY’s own logo or design is not considered personalized.
Custom Print-On-Demand Products
All items sold are custom printed after an order is placed. This does not remove your right of withdrawal described above for standard, non-personalized products; it means production begins shortly after your order is confirmed, so please double check size and details before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the problem and offer either a replacement or refund.
Lost Package Claims
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the return is due to a verified production error or defect. Customers located outside the EU are additionally responsible for any import duties or customs charges incurred.
How Refunds Work
Once your withdrawal is confirmed, we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your notification (or, where applicable, once we receive the returned item or valid proof of return, whichever is later). Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.
